We are also committed to providing the best quality product, sourcing high quality ingredients from sustainable sources, using organic whenever possible. Despite the higher cost of healthy gluten-free ingredients, our commitment to fair wages and the environment, we strive to keep our prices reasonable without sacrificing quality. Comparing Bonté Bakery bread to most other gluten-free breads on the market is not apples to apples as our bread uses traditional artisan bread baking techniques. Even with the extra care and quality of Bonté bread, ounce for ounce our prices are competitive with other gluten-free breads on the market. While the total price of our breads may be higher, you are getting more, healthier, and higher quality bread by choosing Bonté.
